We have interacted with Brian several times over the years, but had not used his services. We purchased a condo through another realtor, and after extensive improvements, decided the condo community was not for us. We consulted with Brian, and based upon the improvements, he projected the selling  price and how long it would take to sell. Within two weeks we received two offers at exactly the price Brian projected. With Brian's support, we accepted the 2nd offer. Before closing on the sale, Brian located a wonderful condo unit at a price i consider very favorable. We closed on the sale and purchase on the same day and moved out and in on the closing date.
